Faculty Resources


These resources will used to create, modify, and schedule courses for the 2018-19 Academic Year.  Please note that all course information must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by July 6 in order to be included in the course scheduling process.  Therefore, we kindly request that you submit all course updates to us no later than Wednesday, June 20, 2018.  

The course maintenance and scheduling systems will close from July 6 - July 24 for processing.  Then, beginning on July 25, the system will open again for additional course updates/edits (Autumn Quarter only).  Course updates for winter and spring will be available on August 15.

Please note that course units are particularly important since they cannot be changed once a given quarter opens for enrollment (August 1, 2018, for Autumn Quarter).

Course Information Forms for Instructors

Please use one of the following forms to submit details on your course.  Since the master's program will have a redesigned curriculum for AY2018-19, we ask that all instructors submit a form for each course s/he will be teaching.  If your course is team-taught, please identify one lead instructor to serve as the point person. If easier, please use the form as a guide and submit the details via email to Jonathan Achter.
